All orders are handmade in small batches with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping
We currently ship within the USA. International shipping may be offered in the future.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Enjoy luxury self-care delivered straight to your door for a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99. Free shipping over $100.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, ZBC Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier and provide your tracking number for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
ZBC Essentials is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Refunds
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. This ensures that every product shipped is fresh, clean, and made just for you.
Important Notes:
If your package arrives damaged or with an issue, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist with a replacement.
